International Tribunals

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is the principal judicial body of the United Nations.  The Court's free site provides information on cases referred to it since 1946.  Documents are available in English and French.

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) is an international court that rules on alleged violations of the rights set forth in the European Convention on Human Rights.  The court's website provides information on pending cases before the Grand Chamber, including webcasts of hearings, statements of facts, and the Grand Chamber's judgments.  Documents are available in English.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is the first permanent, treaty-based, international criminal court, and is based at the Hague.  The ICC website provides information on all cases that have come before it.  Case information includes dates, warrants, filings, and decisions.  Documents are available in English.
